This form is for documenting how you used AI tools ethically and transparently in your Capstone project. Be sure to integrate this documentation across your deliverables as needed.

1. Tools and Purposes

For each AI tool used in your project, copy the section below and fill in the details:

  • Tool Name:
    Name of the AI tool (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML)
  • Purpose of Use:
    Why you used it—e.g., generating concept art, script prompts, voice synthesis, code assist.
  • Project Stage:
    At what stage you used it—Concept, Planning, Production, or Post-Production.
  • Was this output used in the final project?

2. AI-Generated Content

Describe any AI-generated content that appears in your final project (such as text, images, sound, code):
